Who receives information

We do not sell personal information or use guest details for unrelated marketing.
International processing
Some hosting, communication or messaging providers may process information outside Montenegro or the EEA. Where required, transfers are limited to what is needed and protected by appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or another third-party channel, that provider processes the conversation under its own terms and privacy notice.

Enquiry information is kept while we handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up period. If the enquiry leads to services, relevant records are kept for the engagement and then only for applicable accounting, limitation, dispute or legal periods.
When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised where practicable.

You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Montenegro this is the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information; where GDPR applies, you may contact your local EU/EEA authority.

Our services are directed to adults. Children’s information is processed only when a parent, guardian or authorised representative provides it for a confirmed family or travel arrangement.
