A submitted enquiry is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking or service order.

Requests and services

A concierge reviews each enquiry and confirms scope, timing, provider availability and any applicable fee or partner terms before a service is treated as confirmed.

Some services are supplied by independent local partners. Their own booking, cancellation, safety and service terms may apply in addition to ours.

Your responsibilities

• Tell us about timing, mobility, family, security or other constraints that materially affect a request.
• Review and follow the terms of a partner or supplier when they apply.
• Do not use the website or form for unlawful, misleading, abusive or automated submissions.

Fees, changes and cancellation

Unless agreed in writing, website content does not state a fixed price. Fees, deposits, partner charges and cancellation conditions are confirmed for each request or engagement.

We may decline or stop work on a request that is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, outside our role or cannot be fulfilled within the confirmed scope.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, completeness or freedom from errors. Content may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
